David Blake, Senior Vice President of Northern Trust, is a senior portfolio manager and manages the Global Fixed Income Fund in Northern Trust's London office.

Mr. Blake joined Northern Trust in January 2003 as a portfolio manager covering the USD and Euro books for securities lending cash re-investment. Prior to joining Northern Trust, he worked for three years as a gilt repo trader and short duration portfolio manager for HMT UK Debt Management Office.

Mr. Blake has a Master of Physics degree.
