Andrew Flynn, Vice President of Northern Trust, co-manages the Northern Growth Opportunities Fund, Northern Mid Cap Growth Fund and the Northern Small Cap Growth Fund. He joined Northern Trust in 1998 as an equity investment analyst.

Previously, Mr. Flynn was an equity analyst with Scudder Kemper Investments. He also has been a corporate fixed income analyst with John Nuveen and Company. Mr. Flynn began his career as a research associate with Fidelity Investments.

Mr. Flynn holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a CFA charterholder.
