Shaun Murphy, Senior Vice President of Northern Trust, is the team leader for international quantitative equity products. He co-manages the Northern Emerging Markets Equity Index Fund, the Northern Global Real Estate Index Fund, the Northern Global Sustainability Index Fund and the Northern International Equity Index Fund.

Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2004, Mr. Murphy was a portfolio manager at State Street Global Advisors in London.

Mr. Murphy received a degree in business studies from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
